Summer vacation

I've got summervacation for the upcoming 3 months until August, I'm so happy with that since it gives me plenty of time to prepare for my journey to the USA. Can't wait to board that plane to Chicago

Thunder and Lighting

 

Wow, this weather is extreme, highs of 85 and alot of thunder, and to be honest with ya, I kinda like it, you never know what will happen, nature is still very powerfull !!

It's 7 PM and still very humid, I like it being 75 degrees fahrenheit in the evening but it being humid sucks 

Joplin, MO memories

I want to write in memory of the lives lost exactly a year ago in Joplin, Missouri.

I really hope that these people will be able to settle down again and build up a nice home.

I also hope that the families struck by these awful storms are able to continue living happily again

God bless the vicims and all volunteers that help these people to start a live again

Talkin' English

Tomorrow I'll have my English exam, I'm pretty confident that it'll be a piece of cake, or at least not so hard, I will definatly pass this one, with I hope a 9,4 or higher because I made a bet with my teacher, I'll get a pie if I do get higher, that motivates me so much :D

Exams

Tomorrow I will have 2 other exams, already had Dutch but tomorrow I'll have German and Math, hope that everything turn out right, but I know it does, and I just put on my happy face because there is nothing that worries me (yet) :D

Chinese food

We just went to this awesome chinese restaurant, it was great. Afterwards whe got this hot towels, something that is a common thing in China I guess, it was a great restaurant, something I would recommend, so when ever you don't feel like cooking dinner, go to a Chinese restaurant

My room, "Little America"

Since my whole life is the USA, my room is too. I collect of stuff and they all have their own small story, all my items are American like so that is why my room has the nickname "Little America". This is the place where I can relax and think/believe that I'm actually in the USA, luckily this ain't no longer a thing that isn't there, I will hopefully go to the USA this summer to have a great summervacation, and I'm so happy, And after this vacation my new school in Ede, Holland will start which I'm really excited for. Can't wait to go to my new school

Campfire

I'm trying to live as peacefull as  possible, this also means to make a campfire in my backyard which I did yesterday and will do more and more the coming year, I realy like to do it because it has something cool about it.

There ain't no difference

A good thing about the USA and Australia is that you don't see any difference between a city like San Francisco,  CA, USA and Perth, WA, Australia

This first picture is a regular street in Perth and the second one is in San Francisco
The only difference is when you look at farms, In the USA you have alot of trees and green grass meadows, In Australia you usually have red dirt and sometimes grass, trees are some more rare and they ain't no pine trees

My first story, what do I want

I guess that this is the first day of my story, it ain't that difficult at first but I'm getting all confused of myself. Will I go here or there? That's the big question. I really love the USA, since I was 12 I wanted to go there on vacation, first I wanted to go to New Hampshire because of the snow, after that I moved down south and a few states later I wanted to go to Texas, It all seemed cool places to visit. But then I met my best friend, she lives in Illinois and I know here for 1 year now. She's the best. I live in the Netherlands and will attend my last school after summer vacation, I am 16 now and will be doing Photography/Film/Movie Editing on my new school. I am really looking forward to it. I love snow, probably because I was born in the winter. My parents nearly moved to a farm in Australia before I was born, they didn't which my mom sometimes regrets, and my grandfather moved from Indonesia to the Netherlands back in the 40's / 50's. So my family is pretty cool.
